We are working on an exciting and urgent opportunity for a newly qualified Property Litigation Solicitor to join a respected firm based in Preston . The Role: Acting on a broad range of property disputes including landlord & tenant, boundary issues, dilapidations, and possession matters. Advising both commercial and private clients. Managing your own caseload with supervision and support from senior solicitors. You: Qualified Solicitor ( NQ upwards) with exposure to litigation during training.
