Job Title: Administrator

Salary: £25,000+ per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (1 in 2 Saturdays, 10am – 4pm, with day off in lieu)

Location: Kent, England


Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support our busy Listings & Valuations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property administration, including AML compliance and familiarity with Land Registry documents. This is a varied role offering a great opportunity to become an integral part of our successful estate agency.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and office support including answering calls, managing emails, and greeting walk-in applicants

• Register new applicants and book property viewings

• Update and maintain window displays and marketing materials

• Send out valuation confirmation emails and letters

• Collect and manage compliance documentation: terms of business, Land Registry titles, EPCs, ID, AML checks, photos, floorplans, PIQs, lease information, and property adverts

• Coordinate property photography, floorplans, and video tours

• Prepare and send brochures to vendors for approval

• Upload and launch new property listings on Vebra and Estate Apps (EA)

• Conduct applicant matching using Vebra and EA, and distribute launch emails

• Keep internal pipeline and database records updated

• Follow up on previous valuation leads and ValPal enquiries

• Order and maintain office supplies

• Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks as required


Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a property admin or listings/valuations support role

• Strong understanding of AML requirements and Land Registry documents

• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable using property software platforms (e.g. Vebra, EA)

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure Benefits:
