Your new company \nI am currently working with a Property Investment company with a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential and agricultural properties, who are looking to hire a recently qualified Property Accountant (0-3 years PQE). This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established group with a strong reputation in property investment and development.\n\nYour new role \nReporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the Group Finance Director and management team. Your responsibilities will include:\n\nOverseeing daily processing of rent and service charge receipts\nManaging bank reconciliations and resolving reconciling items\nCompleting and submitting VAT calculations and returns\nManaging service charge accounts and annual reporting\nHandling intercompany reconciliations and reporting\nMonthly/quarterly management and board reports\nYear-end accounts preparation\nLiaising with operational staff and providing financial informationWhat you'll need to succeed \nYou'll be a Newly Qualified Accountant with experience with Accounts Preparation.

Property development knowledge is preferred but not essential. You'll be organised, proactive, and an excellent communicator with strong attention to detail. \n\nWhat you'll get in return \nA competitive salary of £58,000.
