Project Site Manager
Location: Leicestershire (with travel as required)
We're seeking a Project Site Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the planning and safe delivery of a variety of projects across client sites. This is a hands-on role where you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
What you'll do:
Manage end-to-end delivery of project works, including programme management, QHSE compliance, and contractor supervision.
Act as Principal Contractor under CDM 2015 Regulations and Building Safety Act 2022.
Oversee site operations, including inductions, toolbox talks, inspections, and documentation.
Collaborate with Project Managers and supply partners to ensure efficient implementation.
Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure smooth handover processes.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Support business development by identifying project opportunities within client portfolios.
What we're looking for:
Experience: Minimum 5 years proven site management experience in M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments.
Skills: Strong organisational, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to deliver projects on time and budget.
Knowledge: Competent in Health & Safety legislation; electrical and/or mechanical experience.
Qualifications:
Recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical.
CSCS card holder.
Desirable: CDM 2015, NEBOSH, SMSTS, IOSH.
Circumstances: Ability to travel nationally and work outside normal hours when required.
