Property Sales Manager/ Luxury Property Developer / London / £40,000 base\n \nMy client is a leading luxury property developer are seeking a Project Sales Manager to join the team working on a prime high development in London selling their luxury apartments.\n\nThey are seeking an passionate sales professional who has exposure to the construction / property industry and experience with new home/off-plan sales.\n \nRole and Responsibilities:\n\nTo guide sales consultants on the best way to sell to actively promote collaborative working to achieve best practice engagement across the entire team\nConducting viewings both in person and virtually\nGenerate potential sales leads by liaising with agents and following up with potential customers\nProgress reservations through to exchange\nEnsure all compliance is forms are competed to exchange and liaise with solicitors to ensure there are no delays\nAttend weekly sales meeting and action new marketing ideas\nAttend networking events\nCreate and present marketing videos on the development to be sent out on all social channels\nTo effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities and checking they are correctEssential Skills:\n\nExperienced in customer facing sales roles\nExperience in selling new home properties\nConstruction / property experience is essential\nExcellent relationship building skills and questioning techniques\nPersonable and professional\nStrong administration and IT skills\nManagerial skills \nProperty Sales Manager/ Luxury Property Developer / London / £40,000 base
