Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing Planned Maintenance Location: West Yorkshire Salary: Competitive - up to £60k We're looking for an experienced Senior / Project Quantity Surveyor to join our team delivering planned maintenance works across social housing properties in West Yorkshire and Manchester. This includes kitchens, bathrooms, and external eco works - projects that truly make a difference to communities.

What You'll Do Take full commercial responsibility for planned maintenance projects. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost plans. Manage subcontractor procurement and valuations. Ensure compliance with contracts and client requirements. Drive value engineering and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a QS within social housing or planned maintenance. Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
