Due to ongoing success and ambitious growth plans, they are expanding their newly established Fire Protection and External Refurbishment Division, which currently turns over £25 million and aims to double in size to become a market leader in the sector.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing team within a rapidly growing division. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting commercial activities to maximise profitability and minimise risk and cost across multiple high-value projects.

You will take ownership of the financial and contractual management of works packages and be a critical contributor to the division's success and growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate cost planning and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
