We're working with a leading construction delivery partner that’s entering an exciting growth phase. They’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (or a strong Project QS ready to step up) to take full commercial ownership of a high-profile scheme in Oxfordshire.

What you’ll do:

Lead commercial delivery from start to finish

Oversee procurement, valuations, and subcontractor management

Drive cost control, reporting, and cash flow

Be the go-to commercial lead onsite with real autonomy

Mentor junior staff and shape a high-performing team

What we’re looking for:

✔️ 5+ years' experience in main contracting

✔️ Solid understanding of JCT/NEC contracts

✔️ Strong commercial acumen across large-scale builds

✔️ Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills
