Project Manager \n Northampton, London or Surrey (with regular UK site travel) \n Salary: £45,000 - £75,000 DOE \n\nAn established and growing construction consultancy is seeking a Project Manager with a strong infrastructure background and proven vertical build experience to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across complex infrastructure schemes while confidently engaging with building-led elements such as stations, depots, residential, industrial or commercial assets. \n\nYou'll be trusted to take ownership of projects from early-stage planning through to delivery on site, combining technical understanding with strong client-facing and leadership skills.

\n\nIf you're looking for a consultancy that supports professional development-whether that's broadening your build exposure, progressing toward chartership, or stepping up in responsibility-while still giving you autonomy and variety, this opportunity offers exactly that. \n\nThe Role \nYou will deliver a diverse portfolio of infrastructure-led projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams including Project Managers, Engineers, Employers Agents and Quantity Surveyors. \n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nManaging the delivery of infrastructure projects with integrated vertical build elements from concept to completion\nLeading project programmes, budgets, scope and risk to ensure successful outcomes\nCoordinating design and construction teams across infrastructure and building disciplines\nActing as a key point of contact for clients, fostering strong and trusted relationships\nOverseeing site activity and supporting delivery teams to maintain quality, safety and programme\nWorking under NEC and JCT forms of contract, ensuring compliance and best practice\nSupporting business growth and mentoring junior team membersAbout You \nYou will be an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable operating across infrastructure and build environments and enjoys being present on site as well as in client meetings.

\n\nAs the successful you will ideally have:\n\n4+ years' experience in Project Management within infrastructure, with demonstrable vertical build and other built environment exposure (e.g. residential, commercial, mixed-use etc.)\nChartered status (or working towards) with a recognised construction or engineering professional body\nStrong working knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts\nExcellent organisational and communication skills\nA proactive, confident approach and a collaborative mindset\nA full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationallyIf you're ready for a new challenge, apply today! \n\nIf you would like to find out more about this exciting opportunity, please contact Georgie Marden.
