We’re a small team, but we punch above our weight. We’re creative, we’re strategic, and we get stuff done. Now we’re looking for a Project Manager to be the glue that holds it all together. You’ll keep our projects running like clockwork, make sure our proposals shine, and help us keep improving the way we work — so the rest of the team can focus on delivering great ideas for our clients. What you’ll be doing Keeping an eye on every project — updating Monday boards, tracking deadlines, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Helping turn our ideas into beautiful proposals and pitch decks. Watching budgets and hours so we stay on track (and flagging when we don’t). Coordinating our marketing calendar, LinkedIn posts, and keeping our content fresh. Spotting small process tweaks that make a big difference. You’ll be great at this if… You’re organised to the point of obsession (but still flexible when needed). You can switch between big-picture thinking and small-but-important details. You communicate clearly, follow through on promises, and don’t need hand-holding. You’re curious about hospitality and love making things happen. You’re happy learning new tools and systems (we use Monday.com, TMetric, Google Workspace).
