Project Manager – Chief of Staff Team | E.ON Next
We’re looking for a relationship-driven Project Manager to join our Chief of Staff team. You’ll help shape and deliver meaningful change across the business bringing clarity, structure and a calm, steady hand to cross-functional initiatives.
What you’ll do:
- Shape and deliver strategic projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate teams and resources across early-stage assessments and delivery
- Keep work on track using tools like Asana, providing clear, structured updates
- Foster collaboration, support stakeholders, and drive positive impact
What you bring:
- A clear, confident communication style
- Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with tools like Asana and strategic planning frameworks
Bonus if you have:
Experience in change, tech-enabled projects, OKRs, or data-informed decision making.
Locations: Nottingham, Leicester, or Bolton (hybrid working)
