Project Manager – Commercial & Hotel Sector | London

Independent Project Management Consultancy

£55,000–£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits


We're partnering with a leading, independent project management consultancy known for delivering award-winning projects across the real estate sector. With a strong presence in London and an exciting pipeline of work, the team is expanding—and now’s your chance to get on board.


The Role

You’ll join a thriving team of PMs, working on a diverse portfolio that includes new build commercial spaces, high-end hotel developments, and CAT A/B fit-outs with values ranging from £1m to £50m.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ project management experience gained in a consultancy environment
  • Confident delivering projects under JCT contracts and acting as contract admin
  • Degree in a property-related field
  • On the path to chartership or already chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
