Role Overview
An established infrastructure delivery organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support delivery on the HS2 programme, based at EKFB West Street Compound, Gawcott Road, Twyford, MK18 4FF. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the safe and efficient delivery of key project packages within this major infrastructure environment.

CSCS Requirement (Mandatory)
Candidates must hold a professional CSCS card, one of the following:
Black - Manager
Gold - Advanced Craft / Supervisory
Gold - Supervisor
Red - Experienced Technical, Supervisor or Manager
White - Professionally Qualified Person
White/Yellow - Academically Qualified Person
Key Responsibilities
Lead planning and delivery of assigned HS2 work packages from mobilisation to completion
Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources
Ensure works are delivered in line with HS2 standards, safety requirements, and environmental regulations
Manage subcontractor performance, progress, and commercial controls
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Chair progress meetings and provide accurate project reporting
Act as primary interface with clients, designers, and subcontractors
Maintain a strong focus on Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance
Lead, motivate, and develop project teams
Essential Experience & Skills
Proven experience delivering major infrastructure or civil engineering projects
Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and commercial controls
High level of safety awareness with experience in regulated construction environments
Ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure
Desirable Qualifications
Degree / HNC / HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
Professional membership (ICE, CIOB, APM, RICS)
SMSTS, First Aid, Temporary Works Supervisor / Coordinator
Previous HS2 or similar major infrastructure project experience
