Copello are looking for an experienced Project Manager – PLM to lead and deliver critical Teamcenter PLM initiatives for our client who is going through a large business transformation program on an initial 11 month basis. Responsibilities of the role include: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Teamcenter PLM projects, from planning to closure. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and manage cross-functional resources. Coordinate internal and external teams including analysts, developers, integrators, and QA specialists. Manage stakeholder communications, risk assessments, and project budgets. Drive continuous improvements and align systems with business goals. Support testing, validation, and user training to ensure a smooth rollout. Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business units to ensure successful deployment. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (Master’s ). 10 years of project management experience , with 3 years focused on PLM and Teamcenter. Deep understanding of Siemens Teamcenter and PLM workflows. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification highly desirable. Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills. Experience with multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams. Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. This role will require candidates to work hybrid (3 days min onsite). Role will be inside IR35.
