A boutique project management consultancy based in Feltham are looking for a client facing and motivated Project Manager to join their team and support the delivery of schemes in the luxury retail sector.The Company that the Project Manager will join: The Project Manager will be joining a forward-thinking project management consultancy with 3x offices in the UK who are providing high class services to clients within the luxury retail sector.The Project Manager will be working closely alongside a team of 40 individuals in the London office, including Project Managers, Building Surveyors and Commercial Managers. As a Project Manager, you'll be joining a modern consultancy who reward their staff with an annual company trip abroad.The Project Manager role:The Project Manager will be experienced in delivering the full lifecycle of schemes within the luxury retail sector, which will be a mixture of roll out programmes, CAT A/B Fit Outs and New Builds with contract values ranging from £500k-£15m. The Projects will be located in London, South and Home Counties.The Project Manager will build a strong relationship with internal members such as Commercial Managers and Building Surveyors to ensure that projects are being delivered on time and within budget.You will be responsible for: Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completionCommunicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractorsProvide support/mentorship to junior Project ManagersReporting progress feedback on Projects to the Project Director weeklyCollaborating with Quantity Surveyors and Building Surveyors during all phases of project lifecyclesReviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraintsAttending weekly site visitsArranging and attending client meetingsEnsure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsProject Manager requirements: Previous experience working for a UK construction consultancyExperience delivering construction projects in luxury retail sectorConfident delivering schemes including new build, CAT A/B fit outs and refurbishmentsMRICS qualified or working towards itBSc/MSc Construction Project ManagementAbility to manage Schemes simultaneouslyDriving Licence and access to a car is usefulStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered:£55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package25 days annual leave + bank holidayHybrid availableWork Laptop / PhoneCompetitive bonus up to 14%Strong pension contributionPositive work environmentAnnual company holiday abroadRICS Fee paid forQuarterly company eventsIf you are a Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within an up-and-coming construction consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.0203 808 3802 - 07401 083 877Reference - LB1211199JBRP1_UKTJ
