A healthcare remit requires a Senior Project Manager to bolster their already buoyant successful and expanding M&E/Building Services/FM Projects Division.\n\nThis would be a great opportunity for a confident, experienced M&E/FM Project Manager to take a step up/next step into a more senior role running a team of PM's, larger projects and working alongside multiple stakeholders to achieve fantastic results within a dynamic environment. Very fast paced.\n\nSome understanding of a healthcare setting or a critical environment would suit this specific role.\n\nBeing able to tender for projects and deliver 'what's good' 'cradle to grave' is the key to delivering top results.\n\nNetworking between the full internal team will be crucial to success as well.\n\nThere is already an abundance of projects to get stuck into, and historically as well as projected projects. This role isn't a 'sales role' as such, it's much more focused on delivery as much as it is on fostering and building on existing good relationships all round.\n\nInterviewing now and could appoint before Xmas 2025 if not, Jan 2026
