Job Title: Passive Fire Project Manager Location: London – Office & Site Based Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package

We are working with a specialist passive fire protection contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of compartmentation, firestopping, and intumescent coating projects across London.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a technically strong leader to manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring compliance, quality, and programme timelines are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of passive fire protection projects including compartmentation, intumescent coatings, cavity barriers, and firestopping works Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines Ensure full compliance with fire safety legislation, building regulations, and third-party accreditation standards Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, quality, and H&S compliance Maintain accurate records including RAMS, fire protection registers, and progress reports Manage project budgets, variations, and assist with commercial reporting Coordinate third-party inspections (FIRAS, BM TRADA, IFC) ensuring all d...
