Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, dynamic Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects, typically up to £750k in value. This role is fast-paced and varied, combining both traditional project delivery and small works/FM-style projects requiring quick turnaround and sharp decision-making.

You will be responsible for managing 2-4 projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with an established commercial team, you will take projects from handover through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent projects (typically 2-4 at any one time), varying in size and complexity
Take ownership of projects from commercial handover through to delivery and completion
Develop and manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones are achieved
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively
Deliver projects in line with client expectations, budgets, and timelines
Lead site teams and ensure high standards of health & safety compliance
