The 2025 plan is to broadly double in size and is on track to achieve this. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a highly detail oriented, technically literate Project Manager. The Project Manager will work alongside the COO and CEO and oversee day-to-day activities supporting the deployment of projects into our clients, and liaising with the development teams in Belgrade. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, project "shepherding" in a semi-Agile environment, managing project boards and tasks to deliver platform implementations for clients large and small. You be working in a tight knit team alongside real experts with extensive experience in Insurance, Technology and Innovation - thriving where all these disciplines collide. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders from day one getting a deep understanding of the goals and limitations of projects. There will be the opportunity to understand Insurance and/or technology at a deep level and build real expertise. You will have the opportunity to take on as much responsibility as you want/can support with no barriers. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of 2 days week in the City of London and will include some travel to Belgrade to work with the Development team.
