Job Title: Project Manager (Stakeholder Management)

Role Details:

The Capability Integration Support Officer plays a vital role within the Capability Integration team, supporting the delivery of projects by bridging the gap between project teams and end users.

You’ll ensure stakeholders are engaged, informed, and ready for change across the full project lifecycle, helping to integrate new capabilities into existing environments while maintaining operational continuity. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and support engagement activities, including workshops and meetings
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder profiles aligned with project needs
  • Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders and project teams
  • Support planning and delivery of stakeholder engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and programme requirements
  • Identify risks and support mitigation planning
  • Assist in capturing and managing user requirements
  • Provide clear and timely reporting to senior stakeholders


Requirements:

Essential:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in stakeholder management, change management, or project management (PM/APM)
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder, change, and project delivery principles
  • Ability to analyse information and communicate key insights clearly
  • Experience in risk, scheduling, and infrastructure project environments
  • Strong organisational, communication, and IT (MS 365) skills
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working in team environments
  • Sole UK national with SC clearance (or ability to obtain)
  • Willingness to work on-site 2–4 days per week


Desirable:

  • Knowledge of project delivery frameworks
  • Experience working in complex, live operational environments
  • Strong communication skills at executive level
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic business environment
