The successful Project Manager will deliver a mix of commercial, leisure and education projects ranging from £2m to £30m.\n\nThis is a fantastic role for a Project Manager who wants to work in a collaborative team on diverse schemes, with clear support for professional development. The Project Manager will benefit from a strong local presence and long-standing client relationships.\n\nThe Project Manager's Role\n\nThe Project Manager will manage pre- and post-contract stages, including project planning, procurement, cost control and risk management.
