We’re looking for a Project Manager who can keep our client work running like clockwork while helping us deliver best-in-class deliverables for our clients. You’ll manage projects directly for our clients and get to know their business and industry inside-out, while also driving internal initiatives at the cutting-edge of AI, SEO & SEO. You’ll be a key player in the day-to-day of our growing business. We’re looking for someone who’s curious about how tech can lighten the load of project delivery, and someone passionate about keeping quality high while making things run as efficiently as possible. Here’s what you’ll do: Own the delivery of multiple client projects from start to finish, working with our team to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables meet our high standards. Oversee task creation, assignment and tracking in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Linear and Slack). Coordinate between internal teams (Content, publishing, tech) to keep work flowing smoothly. Communicate with clients where required to gather requirements, update on progress and manage expectations. Monitor project timelines and scope to prevent delays. Create and maintain process documentation to ensure smooth onboarding and consistent delivery. Spot potential roadblocks early and work with the team to remove them. Work closely with our leadership team to improve workflows and processes, boost client satisfaction and help the team work more efficiently.  Here’s what we’re looking for: -level English and excellent communication skills Proven project management experience in an agency environment Excellent organizational skills and a knack for keeping multiple plates spinning . Confident with project management tools like Asana, Basecamp or similar. Ability to manage remote, cross-functional teams across different time zones. A natural problem-solver who anticipates challenges before they become problems. Familiarity with digital marketing deliverables such as SEO content, paid ads, design and development. Comfortable with process optimisation and creating clear documentation. Prior experience working fully remote. Prior experience working consistently to tight deadlines.
