Role: Business Project Manager

Location: Central London | 5 days onsite

We are seeking a business-focused Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives, shape business cases, and drive transformation across the organisation. This role suits someone who thrives in a lean and complex environment, partners closely with senior stakeholders, and ensures change is successfully adopted to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business transformation projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives and organisational priorities.
• Develop business cases that clearly articulate value, benefits, and ROI.
• Support change adoption by embedding new ways of working and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
• Partner with Business Analysts, Change Managers, and senior stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Build and optimise project frameworks, governance structures, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Oversee multiple workstreams, balancing dependencies and operational complexity.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and business processes.

• Proven experience in business transformation and change adoption
• Ability to create and challenge business cases with a clear understanding of strategic impact
• Experience delivering in complex operational environments with multiple dependencies
• Practical Agile experience, focused on outcomes rather than ceremonies
• Vendor management expertise
