Project Manager (Medical Device Tooling & Injection Moulding)Location: Warrington, WA3Salary: £35k-£45k DOEOverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and organised Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex projects within our client's organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the controlled execution of medical device tooling and NPI programmes from customer handover through tooling development, process development, validation, and release to serial production. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, to cost, and to defined quality and regulatory requirements in compliance with ISO 13485.Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned projects from customer handover through to production releaseDevelop, maintain, and control project plans, milestones, and schedulesEnsure adherence to approved NPI phase-gate processesCoordinate internal teams including tooling, process development, metrology, quality, operations, and supply chainLead project meetings and technical reviewsMaintain project risk registersIdentify, assess, manage, and escalate technical, quality, cost, and schedule risksOversee tooling design reviews, manufacture, trials, and steel tuningSupport process development and optimisation activitiesCoordinate IQ/OQ/PQ or PPQ validation activitiesSupport FAI and capability studiesEnsure all validation and approvals are completed prior to production releaseEnsure project changes are formally assessed, approved, and documentedMaintain configuration control of drawings and specificationsAct as the primary customer contact for assigned programmesProvide regular status updates, milestone tracking, and reportingMaintain accurate and complete project documentationEnsure objective evidence is available for internal, customer, and regulatory auditsSupport audit activities as requiredProactively drive issue resolution and escalate where necessarySkills, Experience & QualificationsEssentialProven experience managing projects within themedical device industryStrong working knowledge ofISO 13485Exposure toinjection moulding and/or tooling environmentsExcellent planning, organisational, and communication skillsDesirableEngineering or manufacturing-related qualificationExperience working within regulated manufacturing environmentsWhat's on OfferA technically challenging role within a regulated medical device environmentOpportunities to work on end-to-end NPI programmesCollaborative cross-functional working environmentSupport for professional developmentIf you are a confident Project Manager with experience in medical devices, tooling, or injection moulding and are looking for your next challenge, wed love to hear from you!Benefits:Company pensionFree parkingOn-site gymOn-site parkingJBRP1_UKTJ
