Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Installation Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of customer kitchen installations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and adept at managing contractors, schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee customer kitchen installations from concept through completion.
Develop and maintain detailed fitting schedules to ensure seamless, hassle-free installations.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure each project is delivered efficiently.
Review financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to measure productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure collaboration and high-quality work.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work meets company standards and timelines.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience managing kitchen or home installations, construction projects, or similar roles.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in analyzing financial and performance data.
Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in installations.
Desirable Attributes:
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Experience coordinating multiple contractors and suppliers.
