Project Manager
New Yesterday
At LearnJam CIC, we're looking to meet project managers interested in working with us on purpose-driven learning projects. About LearnJam and the role Who we are
LearnJam is exploring the role of learning for liberation. We partner with changemakers to embed learning where it matters most.
Recent projects include:
- Evaluating and reimagining English language teaching in Palestine
- Developing a learning concept for an alternative economics course
- Creating online training for NGO teachers
- Redesigning DEI guidelines so students see themselves in their learning
As a project manager, you’ll lead projects from kick-off to completion, working closely with clients, our internal team, and freelancers. We’ll share our project management tools to support you, but each project benefits from a tailored approach - your expertise will shape how we deliver projects successfully.
- Want to work towards interconnected liberation
- Bring 5+ years of project management experience (Waterfall and Agile)
- Love problem solving
- Enjoy building collaborative and supportive project teams
- Flexibility to work from anywhere in the world
- Flexibility to work whenever suits you, with agreed core hours per project (note that we work a 4-day work week from Monday to Thursday)
- A welcoming team culture where you can bring your whole self to work
Note that we typically pay a day rate of £300–£400, depending on project scope and experience.
In this round of growing our network, we’re asking for applications by 31st August 2025.
Please send us:
- Your CV
- A brief cover letter explaining why you’d like to join our network of project managers
- A short description of a time when a project wasn’t flowing well and how you responded to this
(If you miss this deadline, please don’t hesitate to reach out – we’re always keen to connect with great people for future projects.)
We strongly encourage people from marginalised groups to apply - we’re committed to building a team that reflects diverse experiences and perspectives.
We look forward to hearing from you!
