Project Manager 12 Month Fixed Term Contract £55,000 salary + £6,000 car allowance + up to 10% bonus Hybrid working, West Yorkshire

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading retail and ecommerce organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will play a key part in delivering a major programme of technology and operational change across warehouse, logistics and supply chain operations.

The position has a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, supporting improvements across stock management, fulfilment, order processing and digital trading. You will work closely with technology, operations and warehouse teams to ensure projects are delivered effectively and embedded successfully into day to day operations.

What you will be doing

Leading cross functional projects across retail, ecommerce, warehouse and supply chain environments Managing the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP initiatives, including enhancements across finance, supply chain, inventory and warehouse related processes Delivering and supporting improvements to Warehouse Management Systems, order management and fulfilment solutions Owning project governance including scope, plans, timelines, budgets, risks and reporting Coordinating internal teams and third party partners to ensure smooth end to end delivery Producing clear project documentation and maintaining high delivery standards Supporting change management, user adoption and operational readiness across warehouse and business teams What we are looking for

Proven Project Manager experience within retail, ecommerce, logistics or supply chain environments Hands on experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP projects within a commercial organisation Experience working with WMS, ERP or order management systems in warehouse or fulfilment contexts Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches Desirable

Experience delivering Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain modules Exposure to warehouse, fulfilment, inventory or stock focused change programmes Experience managing system integrations or data driven change PRINCE2, APM or Agile Project Management certification What is on offer
