Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join a supportive and talented project management team based in the Liverpool office. Applicants need to have a minimum of 4 years' experience in project management and will be able to apply their skills to a variety of sectors including commercial office, healthcare, education and defence.If you have proven construction project management experience, this role will offer you the opportunity to lead on projects both independently and under the guidance of a project director.\nWhat you need to do to be effective in this role\n\nAbility to successfully deliver projects and support in the management of client relationships.\nProven construction project management and managing professional teams experience required.\nExperience across the pre-construction and construction stages of a project\nExperience of report writing\nAn ability to take on responsibility and act with a level of independence of senior management when called for.\nAn understanding of both NEC and JCT contracts would be beneficial.The skills and experience you need to have for this role\n\nConstruction project management experience is essential.\nExperience using Microsoft Office software and Microsoft Project\nA degree in a construction-related subject is desirable, but not essential. All degree backgrounds will be considered.\nProfessional accreditation or working towards professional accreditation desirable (RICS, CIOB, APM)\nExperience of delivering presentations and holding client-facing meetings\nExcellent communication skills and problem-solving skills\nExperience in report writingWe are looking for a team worker who is outgoing, proactive, and personable.
