right attitude

learn and grow ? Were looking for a dynamic individual to join a growing business that supplies
high-quality signage and display solutions
to clients across a variety of sectors, including
retail, hospitality, commercial property, and corporate brands . This is a role where youll be the
vital link between the project team and the production floor , ensuring projects run smoothly from initial planning through to delivery. The Right Person: Hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
growth into senior roles is possible
Experience within signage, display, or related manufacturing is highly desirable (from shop floor experience to sales)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
Whats on Offer: Salary up to £45,000 per year
Car allowance
MondayFriday working pattern
25 days holiday plus bank holidays

The Role: Manage multiple signage projects from concept to completion
Liaise between clients, project teams, and production to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and escalate where necessary
Coordinate production schedules and ensure resources are allocated effectively
Support project documentation, budgets, and reporting
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
