Project Manager - Residential

What You'll Do
As a Project Manager (Residential Specialist), you will:
Lead residential projects from planning and design through to completion, ensuring milestones and outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, consultants and clients.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk registers, budgets and programme schedules.
Manage procurement processes and support contractor tendering, evaluation and appointment.
Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulatory, health & safety and quality standards.
Monitor and report on project performance, driving continuous improvement and resolving issues proactively.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to shape project delivery and customer experience.
Champion best practice in project management, including governance, documentation and project controls.
What We're Looking For
You want to make a positive impact and bring experience in:
Proven experience managing residential development or refurbishment projects.
Strong understanding of construction delivery, building standards and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
Effective problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
Professional qualification in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP) is desirable.
