Project Manager

for a

12- Month

contract. The position offers flexibility to be based in

Manchester, Edinburgh, London . Mainly remote, with 2 days as needed required in the office per month. Purpose of the role This is a delivery-focused Project Manager role, responsible for leading a SEPA Credit Transfer project end-to-end. The successful candidate will take ownership of scope, planning, governance and delivery, working closely with business and technology stakeholders across the programme lifecycle. What you'll do Define and own the project scope, delivery approach and plan. Manage the project end-to-end from initiation through to delivery. Lead governance, RAID, reporting and updates to senior stakeholders. Chair project meetings and boards, ensuring effective decision-making. Manage priorities, dependencies and overall project organisation. Work closely with technology teams while maintaining a business-focused delivery mindset. The Skills you'll need Strong end-to-end Project Management experience within change delivery. Experience delivering projects in Agile environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong governance, organisation and delivery discipline. Recent banking payments project experience is critical. Ideally experience delivering SEPA payments change (SEPA Credit Transfers preferred). Experience using standard delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
