Project Manager - Manchester\n\nWe are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to deliver MEP packages across construction projects for a main contractor. The role involves managing projects from design and procurement through to delivery and commissioning, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum 5 years' experience with a Main Contractor\nSMSTS, CSCS Card, and Full UK Driving Licence\nBased within 60 miles of Warrington\nStrong experience delivering MEP projects including civil and fit-out elements\nConfident managing design coordination, programme delivery, and technical queries (RFIs / TQs)\nUnderstanding JCT/NEC Contracts\nDBS ClearanceThe Role\n\nManage MEP project delivery from pre-construction to completion\nCoordinate design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders\nMonitor programme milestones and project risks\nChair meetings, produce progress reports, and maintain project records\nWork with commercial teams to manage variations and contractual requirements\nEnsure HSEQ standards are maintained at all timesJob details:\n\nStart Date - ASAP\nLocation - Manchester \nSalary - £65,000 to £75,000 PAYE
