A forward-thinking consultancy specialising in healthcare projects, with a growing portfolio across education and residential sectors, is seeking a Project Manager to join their Manchester team. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, community-focused developments while gaining exposure to a wider variety of sectors. The successful construction Project Manager will be part of a dynamic and expanding team with a strong pipeline of secured work across the North West. You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role. The Project Manager's role The Project Manager will take ownership of delivering projects across the healthcare sector, alongside involvement in education and residential schemes. This Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring successful delivery against programme, budget, and quality expectations. As a Project Manager, you will liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors, acting as the central point of communication. The Project Manager will lead project meetings, manage risks, monitor progress, and provide strategic input to ensure smooth delivery. This Project Manager role offers a varied workload and the chance to contribute to projects that have a tangible impact on local communities across Manchester and the wider region. The Project Manager The ideal Project Manager will have experience within healthcare projects, although candidates with strong exposure to other sectors such as education or residential will also be considered. The Project Manager should be working within a consultancy environment and demonstrate a proactive and organised approach to project delivery.
