Are you from the forces and looking to transition into civilian life in a role offering complete industry training & development?

Do you have a background in engineering and project management?

We’re working with an established & respected manufacturing businesses who are actively seeking ex-military leaders — people who know how to plan, lead teams, manage risk and deliver under pressure.

You don’t need a corporate project management background. If you’ve led technical teams, run complex operations, delivered engineering programmes or managed major assets in the forces, we want to speak to you.

What you’ll be doing

* Leading cross-functional teams to deliver product development / launch projects

* Building and managing project plans, timelines and resources for new products in the manufacturing sector.

* Coordinating suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders

* Reporting progress to stakeholders at all levels and resolving issues quickly

* Driving continuous improvements wherever possible

Who we’re looking for

We are specifically interested in candidates with a military background who bring:

* A strong engineering or technical foundation (mechanical, electrical, marine, aerospace, weapons systems, vehicles, plant, etc.)

* Leadership experience — leading people, sections, shifts or project teams

* Project or programme delivery experience

* The ability to work under pressure, manage risk and make decisions

* Someone who is looking to build on their skills and transition into the manufacturing sector
