Job Description

A leading property consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to join its London team. This is a chance to take ownership of high‑profile office fit‑out, refurbishment, and new‑build projects, guiding them from inception through to completion.

The role offers exposure to projects typically ranging from 5,000 to 50,000 sq ft, with the majority based in Central London. You’ll be working with a diverse mix of occupiers, investors, and developers, delivering schemes that shape the city’s office landscape.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified (or equivalent) with a proven track record of delivering successful office sector projects in London. You’ll bring commercial awareness, the ability to manage complex situations, and the confidence to influence stakeholders. A proactive & motivated approach is key, alongside the ability to inspire teams and build lasting client relationships.
