Project Manager – European Retail Programs
UK Remote (must be based in the UK, no sponsorship available)
12-month contract | £26.44 – £29.33 per hour (PAYE)

A leading global technology company is seeking a Project Manager to deliver retail display programmes across the UK and Europe. The role will connect cross-functional teams, agencies, and major retail partners to ensure the successful rollout of in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design, production, and implementation of retail displays and fixture programmes
• Support campaign-led and temporary pop-up retail projects across Europe
• Maintain trackers, budgets, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery
• Act as liaison between vendors, agencies, and marketing/creative teams
• Oversee purchase orders, payments, and process improvements

About You

• Solid retail project management experience within large organisations
• Strong background working with European retail partners and fixture production
• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Google Workspace a plus)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage budgets effectively
