Project Manager (Engineering) £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + Benefits Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home) Gloucester Permanent Position The Opportunity This role is for aproactive, delivery-focused Project Managerwith experience in engineering projects and who is at home with the compliance landscape associated with them. It will suit a true starter-finisher who enjoys turning ambiguity into structure and successful project delivery someone who cares about the value and quality of the work they contribute as part of a wider team. Key Responsibilities Lead, plan and deliver multiple projects ensuring delivery to agreed scope, time, cost and quality Develop integrated project plans and schedules, manage critical paths, interdependencies and milestones using tools such as MS Project Proactively identify, track and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies, including clear mitigation plans and escalation routes Maintain robust project governance: prepare and lead status reviews, stagegate meetings and steering sessions, with clear reporting on progress and key KPIs Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, ...
