| Immediate Start | Bath - 2-3 times a month We're looking for a highly experienced Data/ Tech Project Manager to take the reins of a complex, high-impact data transformation project. The company are building a bespoke CRM system from scratch, and they need someone who can navigate both technical and political challenges with confidence and precision You'll be helping us pull together our bid response from a technical perspective - team size, duration and methodology and In turn, if we are successful, you will be our lead for the programme of work Required Skills & Experience Proven experience leading complex analytics platform rebuilds or data/insight product transformation. Strong understanding of data governance, analytical models, and decision-support tools. Experience with multi-vendor delivery, RFP processes, and supplier oversight. Ability to interpret and protect governed definitions and frameworks (e.g., CCDM-style models). Deep experience in project/programme management within a data or digital product environment. Strong communication & stakeholder management skills Desirable Experience in fundraising analytics, charity sector data or CRM data models. Familiarity with cohort analysis, benchmarking methodologies or BI platform development. Understanding of Power BI, cloud data architectures, or AI/LLM-enabled query interfaces.
