Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full refurbishment project on-site Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of works Manage subcontractors, site teams, and suppliers Ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations Liaise with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates Manage project costs, valuations, and reporting Handle risk assessments, quality assurance, and change control
Essential Requirements: Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally hotels or high-end hospitality Strong knowledge of construction methods, fit-out, and heritage works Excellent communication and leadership skills Track record of delivering complex projects £8 million + in value Relevant qualifications (e.g. SMSTS, CSCS, Degree or equivalent in Construction Management)
Desirable: Experience working on listed or historic buildings Familiarity with NEC or JCT contracts Previous experience in live hotel environments
