Project Manager - Commercial Real Estate
Location: London (Hybrid working available)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits
Type: Full-time, Permanent
I am working on behalf of a highly respected construction consultancy based in Central London that is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a background in commercial real estate.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team delivering a diverse range of commercial projects, including office fit-outs, refurbishments, and mixed-use developments across London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage projects through all phases, from feasibility and planning through to delivery and completion
Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
Oversee project performance in terms of programme, budget, quality, and risk
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved
Contribute to business development and support junior team members where appropriateCandidate Profile:
3-6 years' experience in a project management role within the built environment
Proven track record delivering commercial real estate projects
Experience working in a consultancy environment , though client-side candidates will also be considered
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ideally working towards or already chartered (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent)
