We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to take ownership of a confidential programme, leading on the communications and engagement plan. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, take control of delivery, and manage sensitive information with absolute discretion. Working Arrangements
Hybrid role: minimum 2 days per week in the office
Remaining days can be worked from home
Flexibility around which days are office-based, dependent on diaries and programme needs
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver the communications and engagement plan for a confidential programme
Take full ownership of the project plan, ensuring timely and effective delivery
Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders while handling sensitive information
Maintain clear project documentation and reporting using Microsoft Office tools
Provide structure, momentum, and control to an established programme
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in project management
Experience leading or contributing to communications and engagement activities
Ability to work discreetly and handle confidential and sensitive information
Strong organisational skills with the ability to take control quickly
IT literate, with confident use of Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
