Project Manager\n Birmingham\n Upto £50,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus\n\nAn award-winning, national market leader in the automatic door industry is looking to expand its projects department and seeking an additional Project Manager to join their thriving team in the Midlands. The role offers exciting prospects for personal growth and development. The package includes a basic salary of up to £55,000, £5,000 car allowance, 33 days holiday, pension plan, as well as a lucrative bonus scheme.\n\nThe successful Project Manager will be responsible for \n\nLeading and supervising project teams, encompassing training, development, and managing performance.\nManaging the planning and weekly progress review of assigned contracts.\nAssisting with the tender processes and strategy when necessary.\nConducting surveys, visiting sites, and overseeing projects until their completion.\nEffectively communicating with customers, clients, and the design team.\nMaintaining adherence to the company's Quality Procedure and Manual.\nResponding to correspondence associated with the project.

\n\nThe successful Project Manager will:\n\nHave prior experience working as a Project Manager\nHave knowledge of the automatic door industry and EN 16005 standards\nHave a clean driving licence\nHold a CSCS Card\nBe IOSH accredited \n\nIn return, the successful Project Manager receive a remuneration package which includes:\n\nBasic salary ranging between £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience\nCar allowance of £5000 per annum\nBonus scheme with an expected return of £3,000 - £5,000 per year\n33 days holiday\nMobile phone\nTablet\nPension scheme\nExciting long term career prospectsPlease note, if your application is suitable, one of our consultants will call you within 5 working days.
