Fusion are looking for a Project Manager. This is a full time/permanent position in Essex and operates a Hybrid working model. For the right person, we can also consider applications from places outside of Essex.

Fusion Project Management operate predominantly in the public sector, with a strong focus on the Education Sector, however also cover Commercial, Residential, Science and Health Sectors. Fusion provides property consultancy services to a wide range of clients and wish to recruit a strong and driven candidate into their expanding Project Management Team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare client briefs and help define these to other members of the team members.
Work with the design team members throughout RIBA Stages 0-7
Procure and manage project surveys, design consultants and project teams
Oversee planning applications and assist with the planning process
Work closely with project cost managers to ensure projects remain within client budget limits
Preparation of contract documents for issue to contractor
Stakeholder management with directors, clients, legal representatives etc.
Establish site setup plans with contractors
Manage contractor works on site
Approving payments and administering contracts

Qualifications and Experience:

Experienced in construction project management.
MS Office, MS Project experience preferred
Construction or property related degree preferred
Full UK Driving licence required
