In this role you'll take ownership of how projects are governed, tracked, and aligned with wider strategic business goals. You will play a key part in project delivery, risks management, and reporting. Working closely with senior leadership and project leads to establish best practices and support continuous improvement. It's a hands-on position that involves managing tooling, reporting dashboards, and helping plan resources across delivery teams. This role is hybrid-based in the London office 2 to 3 days a week per week
The ideal person will have strong experience building or leading Project Management functions, ideally within financial services, fintech or regulatory services. The right person will have a strong understanding of project controls, regulatory and governance frameworks, be confident engaging with senior technical and commercial stakeholders, and be comfortable using reporting tools.

The Role:
*Own project and delivery processes across programmes and projects
*Monitor resources, budgets, compliance and governance.
*Provide senior leadership with clear visibility into project health and progress
*Manage tools and automation of reporting including frameworks
*Hybrid working with 2 to 3 days per week in Central London
The Person:
*Strong experience managing or building PMO functions in fintech or financial services
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Strategic thinker with a focus on process improvement, best practices and data-driven decision making
*Based within a commutable distance to Central London
