Are you a leader? If that's you, then we are waiting for you to join our Nuclear EMEA Reactor Operations business as part of our Project Delivery capability.

Our team within the nuclear business specializes in taking on some of the most significant engineering projects in the sector. Our fast growing business focuses on providing engineering services to a client base that is at the forefront of the industry. We support our key clients across the full Nuclear lifecycle, delivering consultancy engineering, design and project management services, being embedded within client organizations, and delivering packaged design solutions. We are looking for an experienced Project Director with previous experience in consultancy delivery within the Nuclear industry to join our team.

Role requirements:

Extensive experience in the Nuclear sector, including previous experience leading project delivery teams in a consultancy environment.
Experience of framework delivery models along with other commercial vehicles e.g. NEC3/4.
A recognised project management / leadership qualification e.g. APM PPQ or equivalent.
You will be based out of our Bristol office, spending at least 60% of your working week in AtkinsRéalis offices and/or client sites, travelling to client sites and other AtkinsRéalis offices when needed to support project delivery.
This role is advertised as a full time role; part time options are available.

Your purpose:

As an AtkinsRéalis Project Director, you will lead delivery teams, working closely with our clients to develop project delivery models.
You will proactively engage key stakeholders at all levels of client organisations, helping to deliver and win work across our sector
You will support the development, implementation and sharing of best practice for project delivery.
You will support our operational management needs through enabling project managers to undertake project financial planning and reporting, resourcing and management of cash flow within projects.
