High Rise Residential Bristol £100,000 - £130,000 + Benefits Construo Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Project Director to lead a landmark high‑rise residential apartment development in the heart of Bristol. This is a flagship project and requires a senior leader with a proven track record of delivering large‑scale residential schemes with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor. As Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a multi‑storey residential development. You will lead the project team, drive programme performance, manage client relationships, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and commercial control. Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of a major high‑rise residential scheme Provide strategic leadership to project, commercial and technical teams Ensure robust programme, cost, quality and safety management Oversee design coordination and technical compliance Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the supply chain Champion a positive site culture and high‑performance environment Lead reporting, risk management, and project governance activities
About You
Proven experience as a Project Director with a main contractor A strong track record in delivering high‑rise residential apartment projects Leadership of major projects £40m+ preferred Excellent communication, negotiation and team‑building skills Strong commercial and contractual understanding Ability to manage complex technical, logistical and stakeholder challenges
