A well-capitalised, privately owned property investment and development business are seeking a Project Director to lead delivery across its active portfolio.


This is a senior, hands-on role reporting directly to the C-Suite, operating as the No.1 lead across development and construction across mixed-use estates.


The Role

You will take ownership of multiple live schemes at varying stages (planning through to completion), ensuring disciplined delivery across cost, programme and quality.


This is a pace-driven environment. Schemes are not mega-scale, but capital efficiency, speed to consent and disciplined execution are critical.
