: 15+ years with national contractors, including complex high-rise projects. Expertise
: Mastery of BIM, construction techniques, and UK building regulations. Proven financial acumen and risk management. Familiarity with CVRs, PEP, and CDM/PSCS protocols. Qualifications
: Industry-related management degree. Professional membership (MCIOB/CEng MICE preferred). IOSH for Directors, S5/Q10 workshop certification. Your Mission Youll own end-to-end delivery of major contracts (£60m+), driving commercial success while championing safety and innovation. From tender to handover, youll: Lead tender teams
(Estimators, QS, Consultants) to secure competitive bids. Craft winning strategies
: Programmes, method statements, and HSE plans. Command onsite execution
: Oversee logistics, subcontractor progress, and cost control. Champion zero-harm culture
