Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: London
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join a leading design and build practice in London. You’ll be central to the smooth running of projects, ensuring all moving parts are aligned from concept to completion.
What you’ll be doing
This is a varied, fast-paced role that touches every stage of the project lifecycle. You’ll be supporting teams across design, project management, construction, and sales – helping ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Key responsibilities include:
Project Coordination & Admin
Organise team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on deliverables. Manage diaries and coordinate internal/external meetings. Support with team social and client events. Organise travel, refreshments, and office requirements. Track and manage expenses for the Managing Director. Own and update the Project Tracker, supporting the Commercial Director with accurate, up-to-date project info. Ensure compliance with internal quality, H&S, and environmental procedures.
