You will work alongside experienced senior Project Managers and Technical Consultants ensuring customer projects are delivered on time, budget and within agreed project parameters.This role will best suit a professional who is a natural collaborator with ability to work with others to enhance project governance and controls, as well as ensuring project compliance and delivery.ResponsibilitiesProject scheduling and co-ordinationProject commencement: ensure new projects are setup with the correct governance and supporting documentation to enable project initiationSupport and assist Project Managers in the delivery of projects, including:Project planning and phasingResource alignment and schedulingProcurementClient engagementHighlight reportsEnsure project actions are followed up on in timely mannerReportingGenerate monthly reports to demonstrate status on:Resource allocation and requirementsCommercial forecasts and actualsProject RAGCompilation of data to facilitate analysis of completed projectsTimesheet managementReview and ensure accurate time recording by all project resources.Work with engineering staff to ensure that all type of absence is recordedQualification, experience and skillsFoundational knowledge of modern working technologiesExperience of working in a project delivery or support roleA sound understanding of project processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to get buy-in and effectively co-ordinate others to complete tasksExcellent scheduling and time-management skillsAbility to work on multiple workstreams concurrently (e.g. ensure projects are allocated, project RAG reports are created, project changes are processed, new projects are resourced)Good commercial awareness (cost associated with project overruns / resource / change control / internal projects)Experience of preparing reports that support project deliveryComfortable with manipulating data using ExcelAbout the personEmpathy; ability to listen to understand and supportA positive with ‘can-do’ attitudeMethodicalAdaptable and agile; able to adjust to changing workloads and prioritiesAbility to deliver to agreed timescalesConfident; able to co-ordinate resources at senior level and manage upwardsWhat we offerBasic salary plus performance bonus34 days of annual leave (incl. 8 UK bank holidays and a day off on your birthday)We are passionate about our success being driven by ‘better together’ and offer hybrid workingEnhanced family-friendly benefit schemes including company sick paySponsored training and development and where applicable to the role, a technical exams incentive schemePrivate medical insurance and Employee Assistance Programme #J-18808-Ljbffr
